Togo - spot on and therefor all mods are Scots - after all, the Scots are all plastered by 7pm so it follows on that the mods are Scots. That's why the formula is at 110% as they need the extra dosh to dry out. They could import Bangladesh tea-towels once they are cast off (the sooner the better) - oh but the EU probably has a trade ban or punitive import taxes on those....
