Over the years I have wached several 'Corrie over the years' episodes and while they can't mention everyone that was ever in the show I do think it strange that Angie Freeman seems to have been completely ignored.
She set up Underworld and came up with the name which is still in use now.
Anyone remember her?

She is in it at Classic Coronation Street on ITV 3 at the moment every afternoon.

I watched them first time round, Mexican. I don't think I could cope with the awful Reg Holdsworth again.

I have watched it ever since it began 60 years ago.
I reckon I missed 5/6 episodes over the years.
Always recorded it when we went on holiday, sheer bliss to come home to a months worth of Corrie.
But can't say I remember her though ,.But then again. My memory has deteriorated so much over the last few years, I'm not in the least surprised.

Caran, she was a fashion designer and lodged with Emily and Curly. Curly wanted their friendship to go further but she wasn't interested. She worked for Mike Baldwin in the factory and eventually became his business partner when they set up Underworld. She was in Corrie from 1990 - 1998 and dated Des Barnes. She also worked in the Rovers for a while.

In Classic Coronation Street at the moment she is living in Des Barnes' house and having an affair with Kevin's workmate from the garage. I can't remember his name.

Must be nice for all the actors in the early Corrie and Emmerdale getting repeat fees landing on their doormat so long after recording those episodes.

Angie's in Classic Corrie at the moment. Corrie was much better in days gone by.
