What Have You Issued Most During Lockdown?

Obviously not being able to hug family, felt very strange meeting on the patio at a distance this morning to exchange gifts.
First Christmas ever we haven't spent the holidays at their house.
Also we have missed going to our U3A meetings. Where we meet up with lots of friends and do lots of activities. I organise a lunch club once a month for about 50/60 people at different venues in the forest. The last one I did was in February.
The only time we go out now is to do the shopping. I do that more than I should because I feel stir crazy. Consequently my fridge and freezer are overflowing.

I've missed being able to walk in a pub and just order a drink, eating out and going on holiday. I miss normality.

That you can’t stop and have a wee chat with people in the street in the seconds we have now and the wearing of masks we are coming away with “Who was that I was speaking to there anyway ?

Who on earth said you can't stop and talk to people in the street ?? I do this all the time, especially when out walking my dog. It's what has kept a lot of us who live alone, sane !

And I 100% agree with another poster, if my parents had still been here to celebrate Christmas with, wild horses would not have kept me away from them.

A lot of what I and everyone took for granted .
Going to the pub once a week with my friends
Likewise on Saturday afternoon with mr B
Going shopping ,
Going away on holidays
Seeing my daughter and family first more than a few minutes , not for lengthy periods in our houses , the theatre too ( loved going)
But I've been given a task by all our friends , I'm an organiser so when this is all behind us I'm organising the biggest party ever in our local pub,it'll be With everyone wearing black and white, a Karaoke and Disco rolled into one, it'll start at 4 pm and go on till the last man/ woman's is standing ,the large room will be decorated in black n white, the colours of the TOON ARMY we will all have been vaccinated and we will have a party to end all party's :0)

I have missed family gatherings, especially yesterday. Missed meeting friends for lunch & shopping.
And I've definitely missed my holidays!!!

Regarding my post at 2209 yesterday, this is another view of Rick's Cafe. The water is a little rough today. Usually, people are having a great time jumping and diving in that area...I think that Management might be persuading them not to do so today!
