Ok so the nights are getting colder and when i get in from work i really don't feel like venturing out again, say to the gym ( i hate gyms)or for a walk. During the summer i walked almost every night as the weather was so nice, now i feel a real lack of energy and motivation as its so cold! I do attend dance classes once a week, is this enough to keep my weight stable??Any suggestions as what i could do at home..xx
get yourself swish ball!! it's like a space hopper but without ears. it'll come will instructions on all the different positions to get in. Simply just sitting on it whilst watching telly will work out your abs! Ace.
You could invest in a mini trampoline and have a jump around to some music at home. The swish ball sounds good though.......................where do you get one of those, I quite fancy that.........
what i do is put on some funky music, (but i have to be in a good mood) and i just pace back and forth to the beat. or if i have a lot of energy, i dance. sometimes i run out of breath really fast, because i'm a smoker, but i try to keep going for as long as i can
