chocolate fountain..

anyone got any interesting ideas for a chocolate fountain.. eg. what to dip in it, different flavours.
Or what other sauces you could put on the fountain? in the instruction booklet it says you could use cheese or any kind of thin sauce.
Also has anyone got one, are they easy to clean? im going to be using mine tonight, but worried it might be rather difficult to clean.

chocolate orange sauce is always nice. dip fruit. i've heard of people dipping mini donuts and apparently (not through my own experimentation) mini sausages are very good in one. try at your own peril

Brioche is a lovely bread to dip, oranges, strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, pears, cherries, raspberries.... :-)

I dont know about cleaning them unfortunately.... still waiting for one ;-( still, christmas is on the way lol....

How did you do with making bubblegum shots for your birthday? did you have a good one? :-) xxx

not very well yesmadam!! couldnt find any orange liquor, but if i find some of that i'll get the blue stuff and make some! i had a very good birthday thankyou, cant wait to use the choc. fountain tonight, am gonna make some waffles to dip :-)

lyndsayp is that mini sausage dipped in choc? that sounds rather disgusting! lol.

my friend got one and she says it easier to wash as soon as possible as in before the stuff sets but if you wait for the chocolate to set then u can put it in ur fridge and have treats wen u fancy some!

I realise I am to late for tonights trial run but next time have fountain with marshmallows, jelly babies, banana sweets and turkish delight all yummy!

cheer people! it was delicious, had marshmallows and waffles, and my lovely mother washed it for me :-) soo filling though, we were all feeling ill by the end of it, and we didnt even finish it!! next time am gonna do a cheese fountain with grapes i think!
