Twitter Account Locked

I've managed to lock myself out of Twitter. I've reset the password several times and followed the help centre guidance by waiting an hour but nothing seems to work. The guidance mentions something about disabling TweetDeck but I have no idea what that is.

Any ideas? Cheers

Anyway.......managed to reset PW and get in on my tablet but it's still not letting me login with new PW on my phone.

I managed to get suspended from Twitter. I have no idea why/how.

I looked through the help centre, Bookbinder and now managed to login on my tablet. My phone app on the other hand isn't playing ball.
