While singing it, you do this:
1. Clap hands together once.
2. Put both hands to your face, once.
3. Lower hands and swipe them accross each other.
4. Repeat.

It's good fun! And true. Are you all joining in? Come on! Some of you are not doing it. It's good exercise anyway!
