Need to put more money on one of these, but Website will not let me sign in or send an email to me with new password. Anyone else had bother with them?

Never mind Discovered that we have to Re register. Done that, but now when I try to top up it lakes me to a page allowing me to leave EE not one asking for money for the Sim card. No matter what I go to on the Menu I get to the same page.
Bloody frustrating for a non technical oap.
