I'm so relieved as he has had cancer twice and is very nervous about going out.
My brother is an idiot. He thinks covid doesn't exist even though my daughter, SIL and all The grandchildren have had the virus.
He thinks it's a huge conspiracy.

I wish the nursery workers could be vaccinated, nurseries are staying open and my daughter works in one. Tiny tots obviously have no social distancing skills and she gets coughed, sneezed and dribbled on. Little kids may not be at risk but surely they can be carriers?

the official answer to both those questions is that age and serious underlying health conditions should be the deciding factors. Statistically healthy people under 50 are less likely to get it badly, less likely to need hospitalisation and less likely to die.

My daughter is 50 Wolfgang. She is healthy but I do worry. She's a single mum so if she caught it I would have no choice but to look after her young teenagers as there is no-one else. I'm in my 70's and clinically vulnerable. She would be horrified to know I was even considering doing that, but these are the thoughts a lot of us are having in these horrid times.

That's great, caran x I'm unsure about myself and my sister. An AB thread suggested we should get it Jan or Feb this year. However, because we don't have "employers" , I don't know whether we will get counted. I have rung the GP to explain... and they said they will add it to our notes- but I suspect they won't get around to us for ages.
