Apple Software Update?

Why does Apple not warn of consequences on updating MacOS system?
(They do have a disclaimer dialogue to warn you)
This is more of a warning to all users of Adobe Photoshop CC 2018.
I have just updated to MacOS Big Sur v11.1 (I think) and now find Photoshop’s dialogue/interface for RAW editing DOES NOW NOT WORK ! -If you cancel that away, the other functionality seems normal, but to me the RAW edit is more important.
Now I’ll have to wait for Adobe to create their software update to correct this.
So- all photographers please be aware of this!

Would Apple be aware of all the potential problems an update can cause to third party software?

why are you still using 2018? I use PSE 2021 and raw is working fine in Big Sur 11.2

woofgang, I just assumed -since I’m paying monthly- that Adobe would tell me of any updates!

Always assume no matter what system you use and what programs, any update will break something - hardware or software.
