Somebody told me that if you were allergic to penicilin you would not be able to have the vaccination. Is this true ?

My wife was told by her GP that she couldn't have the Pfizer jab as she is allergic to peanuts and penicillin.

Yesterday she had the Astrazeneca jab and today just feels like she has a mild flu.
