Looking forward to tomorrow when my daughter brings me a home cooked roast dinner as I tend not to cook for myself. So brekkie today was scrambled eggs, lunch will be a jacket potato with butter and some baked beans and tonight is a spag bol ready meal.
Emmie, she has Guillan Barre Syndrome.

Breakfast, nothing.
Lunch, nothing.
Dinner, ribeye + trimmings.

Balders how do you get by on missing two meals of the day ?
He was in the Forces, you know!
We're having my birthday meal tonight instead and we're having a no expenses spared Indian.

I just had lovely bath with a glass of my favourite fizz and now I'm lying down recovering from bath-induced heatstroke.

. . . but then I find out that it's only about food :(
Coffee for breakfast.
Cheese and onion toastie for lunch.
Home made cream of veg soup and fancy bread soon.
Coffee and fancy brandy for afters.
After yesterday’s exsesses that’s more than enough, possibly a brandy too far...
I had 2 crumpets with flora and a Sharon fruit for brunch and having stir fried rice and vegetables for dinner.

Chris I think they injected you with naughty juice at that hospital , haha
I agree Bobbi!!^^^^^^
Chris's posts are getting more & more raunchy!!
I had one of these for my main meal today:

I do like Sainsbury's chilled meals; they seem to have a somewhat better range than their rivals do.

I was looking forward to a nice piece of sea bream from the fish van yesterday. (He parks up outside the local Co-op every Friday morning). But when I got there, at only 10am, he'd sold out of everything except one fillet of cod and one of turbot. I decided to blow the expense and opted for the turbot (which actually wasn't that dear, at £4.80 for a very large fillet), which I'd not had for years. It was a wise choice - lovely!
>>> I think they injected you with naughty juice at that hospital

No. It's the other way around. I have to go there to donate the excessive amount that I've got naturally ;-)
