Wonderful Delivery Drivers
13 Answers
Mr Husband normally sees to the Ocado deliveries but sadly, he is in hospital. Due to a disability, I find lifting heavy bags. The delivery driver was amazing, he spread the bags into bigger bags and placed the bags on our trolley. He even offered to take the bags into our kitchen, which they now have permission to do if one is shielding. People are so quick to complain but all I can say, is a big thank you Ocado.

Our SuperValu delivery driver is a star. Nothing is too much trouble and no matter how late it is when he's driving around narrow bendy lanes he is always so cheery.
Best wishes to your husband...hope he's soon well and home with you.

I was being facetious (one of only two words in the English language to contain all five vowels in the correct order, by the way. Not a lot of people know that).
Where I live delivery slots from the big supermarkets were unavailable from March to July. They were briefly available during the summer but then became scarce towards the end of September before drying up completely again. It doesn't matter what time of day or night you search for one, which of the suppliers you choose or what day it is. There are simply none available. The same goes for "click & collect" slots.
That's why I chuckle when I read of people talking of their "regular weekly delivery from Tesco" and so on.
