sorry for confusion all i want to do is print out a n ab address on the laptop and send it to pr.inter to print out

Open your word processing program. (That might be Microsoft Word or it could be something like OpenOffice Writer or LibreOffice Writer. It depends upon what you've got on your computer).

Type the address.

Press Ctrl and P together, and then click on 'Print'.

(That misses out a lot of options, such as changing the size or your text or the font used, but it's the simplest summary of the method that I can manage).
