What can we do to improve this. The sound is really fuzzy, and lots of reverberation.

Buy a soundbar.

That turns off the TV speakers, and does the work itself.

One drawback I find though, is you end up with another remote control.

Check your aerial connection is wired properly, and not loose.

fuzz and reverb sounds more than a sound bar will fix dont spend a lot on one before you get it checked out by a friend or someone who know about tv's
