Sky T.V Frequency's for C4 and C5

I was wondering if any one would know how I get C4 and C5 on my Sky box in the Republic of Ireland. I couldn't get I.T.V but a mate knew the frequency for it and installed it simply by inputting the correct frequency.

i have some frequncies, i was putting them in yesterday and didn't really look at what channels they brought up, i know there were all the different regions of itv, and that kind of thing, i can give you the info, but it might be of no help
