I'm making turkey kofta to be served with naan breads, salad and pickles.
What is everyone else cooking? I really want some inspiration for the OH who always replies, when I ask him what he wants for dinner, "something different".
I got chicken pasta from my favourite bakery about 3 weeks ago and it was absolutely gorgeous. They never got it in again. Why do they discontinue something really nice I'll never know.

Just cooked for me and my wife as follows : Ribeye steak (not too large), gammon steak ( for 2) mushrooms in butter and black pepper and 1/2 jacket "spud", finally some black pepper sauce to go with it all. Delish !!

Tonight we had, chicken breast marinaded in marmalade, balasamic, runny honey, Dijon mustard and olive oil. Salt and pepper.
Halved new potatoes, sliced red onion, diced parsnips, chopped onions, orange slices, all coated with half marinade, roasted for 25 mins. Then add chicken breasts to dish. Roast for 40 minutes. Then add some green beans coated in olive oil for final 10 minutes.
It was delicious.
