is there any way i can make sure that my ex partner only has supervised contact with our little girl who is now 4 as he was very violent when we were together and since i left him nearly two years ago has had hardly any contact with her whatsoever. he has now gone to court and seems to be playing mr nice guy so the court cannot see any reason why he shouldnt be able to see her unsupervised but i had first hand knowledge of how nasty he could be to her if she did anything wrong please help. frantic mum

Are social services involved? There are definitely child protection laws in place for situations like this.
