Delayed Reaction?

A friend of mine had her first Pfizer jab last Friday. Apart from a bit of an ache at the injection site, she was fine until yesterday (Tuesday) when she woke up feeling like she was full of a cold, coughing, sneezing, nose running, tired. As she hasn't been out of the house or been mixing with anyone who has a cold, could this be a delayed reaction from the jab?

Or she could of picked something up like a cold or flue at or on the way to the vaccinne center

A wouldnt worry if it was me unless it lasted a more than a few days
