If You Could Tell Your Last Self Something What Would You Tell Them?

I would go back to when I was 14 and I would tell myself to ignore the two boys beside me because I will trip fall and bang my head against the locker. I would also tell my 18 year old self (if I had time) about the pandemic (so I could start stocking up on toilet paper and other essentials)

I would tell my 30 year old self to go to North Wales and find a man called Dave Griffith, and have 30 years together not 9. Might be even longer if I could stop him smoking back then..
