jj if you get some graph paper you can draw out everything to scale and that will give you internal dimensions then add on the width of a cavity wall around 13 inches.

Think of the size of one of your existing rooms that would be big enough, measure it then add on a foot either way for a wall
OK jj you need some measurements, bobbins idea is good
As said work it out on graph paper for the floor plan. Allowing at least 2.4 ( 8 ft )metres from floor to ceiling. You’ll want plans something like this.

The interior would need to be a minimum of 6'5 to get the bed length a 8' wide to allow for the shower, loo and sink, wall and walking space
