How many vaccines have they actually made in Africa?...Seems to me to be all invented by European,Asian and American scientists.Are there no African scientists or universities discovering vaccines for themselves.I thought getting rid of us colonials was all about looking after themselves themselves,not relying on whitey to bale them out time and time again.

Re the cost of vaccines and distribution in the African continent. How much money has be 'stolen and appropriated' by various rulers?
Is it impossible to recover some of this money so that it can be used for the good of the poorer people for whom it was intended in the first place?
