The Disabled And Covid

May have got it wrong but I read that six out of every ten people who died from Covid were disabled. If that is the case should disabled people not be top of the list for vaccines?

I do wonder...and I don't mean to be offensive....whether the man/woman thing could be behavioural at least in part? Are some sections of the population better at taking the covid precaustions than others and is there any relationship between that and gender?
