Whats the quickets way to lose weight?

Im looking to lose 4 stones by next March. Off my tum, bum, chest and arms. Hate swimming (although I know its probably the best way of getting rid/toning up). Im cutting down on eating rubbish but have had a couple of minor slip ups!!! Any ideas?

I'm in the process of losing 3 stone, and this is what I'm doing:

Eating 3 healthy meals a day and no snacking, apart from fruit. In the evening, I use a "Diet Plate", which helps with portion control.

I bought a cheap X Trainer off EBay, and do 5km every morning, plus I do a country walk every Sunday, and every other day do an exercise video.

I have cut down on alcohol, and only drink spritzers when I do drink, eating 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, drinking more water, and have switced to decaf tea and coffee.

The important thig is to not get too obessed with your slip ups, and to allow yourself the occasional treat, and do a bit of extra exercise to make up for it.

DO NOT skip meals!!!

I did Weight Watchers and lost 6 stones in a year. If you combine the WW programme with excercise, I'm sure you'll do it! x
