All peppers are the same, just different stages of ripening. Green is unripe, red is fully ripe and yellow/ orange is in between. I honestly thought they were different species.#needtogetoutmore

I prefer green ones then yellow ones. I never know what to do with the baby ones, usually just eat them whole. My bil in Australia eats green ones like an apple.
I really dislike the taste of green peppers, I mostly only buy the the sweet pointy ones but occasionally am very daring and buy a bag of mixed ones, hoping they’ll contain mainly red, yellow or orange ones.
We eat a lot of peppers one way or another.
