How do you treat a trapped nerve in the neck?

After18 months of physio and no success I took up Yoga and in 4 sessions it was gone. I hasten to add that I had one to one with my teacher who specialised in yoga for injuries. General yoga classes are not recommended for a trapped nerve as could aggravate the situation. The yoga sessions cost �25.00 for 1 hour session, worth every penny!!

I had a similar prob a few year ago.

Went to GP and she forwarded me to physio at my local hospital.

A few weeks of physiotherapy helped a bit but when they started using acupuncture that really did the trick.
