Listener 4647 Roundabout Sums By Oyler

I found this a very clever construction, and the message brought a smile.
With so few variables, it didn't occupy me for too long, but it's nice to have a straightforward numerical for once. Thanks, Oyler!

Once a few answers were in, and it was possible to make a shrewd guess at part of the perimeter message, I quickly found myself in the situation of having all the letters and numbers sorted so the rest became a matter of confirming the clue answers. I have no idea what the adjacent pair relationships are - I'm sure it's something frightfully clever - but likewise enjoyed the final message
The first numerical I've bothered with for while (lockdown really is boring) - but neatly and unambiguously done.
I agree with perseverer that you don't need to see the adjacent pair relationship to complete the puzzle (I didn't) - but it would have shortened the solve time if I had thought about it earlier.
Thanks Oyler - good puzzle as usual

Quite a number of fun features here. Not all necessary to complete it but they are what makes it enjoyable for me. A bit amazed that, like Cruncher, I got to an "end" with about 1/2 the numbers in. Plaudits to Oyler for the fact that I had to put almost all the rest in to make sure. Glad I didn't look here before solving the adjacent pairs; I feel that some additional entry should have been requested for that, and another feature that I can't think of a way of mentioning without exposing it! No endless hours of calculation, too, so this should be a nice start for any numerical novices. Thanks, Oyler.
This was the perfect numerical for solvers like me, who detest sorting through lists of primes etc. but can quite enjoy a few not-too-hard sums. I don’t think I will ever look forward to a beer and a numerical on a Friday evening the way I do a beer and word puzzle, but I have to admit that there is something satisfying about solving sums and finding your solution fits numbers that you have in the grid. A satisfying conclusion too, thanks, Oyler.
I need help: not with the puzzle itself, but in obtaining a copy. With libraries closed (damn the lockdown!), and no access to the website, I was wondering if anyone could email me a pdf file of the original puzzle.
