Thats Fig rolls dumbass. They have a special FRFI tool (fig roll fig inserter).

How rude. Anyway, usually the doughey-biscuit mixture is layed out as a sheet, the fig pulp is spread out over it, the dough is folder over and around so it's one long tube and then it's cut into small pieces.
