I've been losing hair for about 10- 12 months now but the only area I've been losing it is in the fringe, there is no bald patches or anything like that, it just keeps shedding from the fringe. Can anyone tell me why?
hormones I would have thought, family genetics as such - probably worth a consultancy with a specialist as there can be some quite spectacular re-seeding!
I'm using the Regaine for a couple of months now, still shedding, I know it takes awhile to work.
It was only after I got the Regaine that I discovered that Minoxidil was the gernic.
Could there be a physical reason? Are you constantly twiddling it without realising, or pulling it in a tight bun or pony tail? Over styling with a heated gadget?
I do have my hair in a ponytail but only at the back, it doesn't interfere with the fringe.
Could it be I'm allergic to cats? I asked my Dr but he said it's not something he's ever heard about.
Cats can make you want to tear your hair out but they can't make it fall out (unless it's through worrying about the little monst . . . erm, I mean little darlings)
I bought Regaine when I was losing my hair last year. It wasn't until I read the leaflet I found out it's for women aged 18 - 65 yrs old.
Do you come within this age bracket MynameisLuca?
