Mums In Hospital
43 Answers
Thank you to everyone for their kind wishes and words of advice on my previous thread RE: My Mum.
Shes now in hospital. District nurses were unable to administer adaquate pain relief so the descision was made to take her to hospital fo 24/7 pain relief.
Told that due to my mum been unable to swallow (liquids or solids) that she now has only a few days to live tops. But she's comfortable even tho the plan was to keep her at home
Dougie Mac's answer was to stick a suppositary pain killer up her ass!
Never in a million years will I give a penny to Macmillan again.
She's now on an end of life ward with proffessionals .
Thank God for the NHS....
