Fuse Box Switch

One of the fuse switches in my consumer unit has gone down. (Downstairs lights). Usually I just click it back up and then change a bulb. However, there no “click” to it and it is staying down. 3 questions, what’s wrong? how can it be fixed and how much will it cost me?! Thanks for any help.

Turn all lights off and try again.

maybe change the bulb before switching it back on

Had just done all ten of bulbs necessary and nothing altered. Then had a light bulb moment (sorry) and finally tried the outside lights. Yes, you’ve guessed it. All’s ok now. Thanks for your help.

“ I usually click it back up AND then change bulb” try changing bulb first, then reset.
