Where does the battery go?

I went ahead and bought one of these on ebay and now cant figure how to get it to work - for one, where does the AAA battery go? Also it came with a strange looking mini disk with it's sides chopped off: it says 'Pen Drive driver', what is this and how do I use it?

Not seen one of these before that requires a battery but regarding the mini CD, this contains the drivers for Windows 98, all other versions of Windows will recognize the Pen Drive and assign a drive letter to it when you connect it to the USB port. If you open up `My Computer' you will be able to drag files from Explorer etc onto the drive icon and it will transfer those files to the Pen Drive

Thank you both. I found the batter slot! And turns out I dont need the driver for the mp3 function.
