Online photo editing

I am trying to wind up a friend of mine on her birthday by editing some old photo's of her, what I want to do is cut out her head and place it on someone else's body is there an online photo edit program that will let me do this?

have you tried typing "online photo editor" or "online photo editing" into your browser ?

Yes I have but none that come up do what I want, that is why I asked if anyone knew of one that would do exactly what I asked. but thanks for your answer.

in that case then you will probably need to download a free editing package like GIMP or Paint.Net

You could try LunaPic http://www.lunapic.com/editor/ - have a look at the tutorials, and there is an example of swapping faces. The example does it swapping faces in one photo, but in the explanation is does mention that you can do it across photos as well.
