Warning - if you open the following link you will see Elliott sitting on the dead horse:

I am pleased to see that people were already removing their horses from his stables pre the ban.

How different could the following story be that clearly shows trainer Colin Tizzard has far more respect for his horses as he retires superstar Thistlecrack to enjoy his retirement, having earned nearly £750,000 in his illustrious career:

When trainers are working in an industry that's already seen the deaths of 30 horses this year, it's hard to see how any of them can be said to have 'respect' for their horses:

They claim to love their horses but that lad showed absolutely no respect, when his poor horse was wrecked and dead he sat on him and thought it was so good he put it on twitter, he is disgusting and I think he is just the fool that got caught, I think they all do it - he should have got jail.

Sad statistics indeed, Buenchico.

ducksie, I think the total lack of respect for the horses that earn the living of those in the sport is truly reprehensible.

A 'normal' person would not do this to a beloved animal like a dog or cat they lose, it would be mindless behaviour (I cannot get my head around his thinking on this one )
