I’m hoping to plant rest of bulbs I’ve got, do a little bit of gardening, watch some darts(;yes bizarrely I’m a darts nut lol) not sure what else..........
Painting the kitchen, cleaning windows .. & playing on the Occulus ( virtual reality) was outside my sons house this morning (he lives in Australia) .. on Google earth vr.
Fetched newspapers for me and two neighbours, done the Times cryptic and DM Spiral, about to have a bite to eat, then a long walk to the nearest village (keeping an eye out for signs of spring) and to post a comp in their well-hidden postbox 'for luck'.
I have no particular plans today, except to take a walk shortly...it depends on how much my knees want to complain.
Then I'll be planning the painting of my bedroom. I was going to do it last month, but I strained my back, and was in some discomfort for about 3 weeks. I've not done any decorating in ages, so I'll need to take it easy.
Perishing here, Norfolk, I wanted to get out and do some cutting back but I've chickened out. Started to binge-watch Deutschland '83 last night before I watch the new Deutschland '89 so I may do some of that later.
Yes bitterly cold over here in East Norfolk too, although my washing did very nearly dry outside today. Other than the washing, some crosswords, newspapers and a few phone calls, its a sofa surfing afternoon for me. Maybe find something to catch up on TV.
The sun was shining and J wanted out at 9.30am we went to the park before it got too crowded. A lady talked to me, that was a treat. Since then I have baked a cake, done a warm wash, but the thing I looked forward to most today was not having any workmen here bashing and banging, drilling and cursing. I know it can't be helped but I've had it for 5 days and got another 3-4 to come, if not more:-( I just needed some peace and I've got it at the moment.
