I saw another 'thing' on tv a couple of weeks ago that you could try - a lot of people can't do it but I can.
Kneel on the floor with your body resting of your forearms, elbows positioned under shoulders. (At this stage your body will be off the floor forming a bridge between elbows and knees. Lower legs and feet touching the floor.) Bend your arms and rest your head on your hands maintaining your body's position in the bridge. (That's the easy bit). Without moving the alignment of your body put your arms behind your back.
I find it easy.
