I thought a new series was to start in Feb. I can only find one episode on My5. Does anyone know if it is a new series or was the episode in February a one off?

The Channel 5 website shows the title as "Evicted! Nightmare Tenants"
https:/ /www.ch annel5. com/sho w/evict ed-nigh tmare-t enants/
but there's no mention of more than just the one episode there.
Elsewhere the title is given as "Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords", with reference to it being a 10-part series:

The Radio Times recognises that there are two episodes in the series

but has no transmission details for the second programme.
All of which suggests to me that the series has been halted for some reason. My best guess there is that someone featured in the programmes has threatened, or already commenced, legal action based upon an 'invasion of privacy' claim. It was similar legal action which brought an end to "Can't Pay? We'll Take It Away":
