Yes I know I’m accident prone, but ever since I slipped on the stairs two days ago and fell directly backwards, crashing down directly on my back onto a hardwood floor, I’ve been in incredible pain. I can barely move without shouting out in pain. Mr smow has even had to help turn me over in bed as I just can’t do it on my own. I can hardly walk or even sit up. Am dosed up with painkillers. Doctor isn’t seeing anyone and all they would say to do it to go to A & E, but there is no way I can sit on a hard chair there for hours.
So, what would really be best treatment at home? Heat or ice?? I’ve tried getting a hot bath, with great difficulty, but it didn’t help at all.
Any advice much much appreciated, or anything I can try xx

They don't sell everlasting comfort coccyx seat cushions on Amazon. When you do as you suggested and put a search in, it come up with various coccyx rings but nothing, I can see on next day delivery or for £17. Maybe you could post the Amazon link you used?

Look at the posts just before this one and it comes up with my actual order. Unfortunately it also comes up with my postcode etc which just would NOT crop out but just ignore that lol. But this def is a permanent one with a removable washable cover and next day delivery on Amazon Prime
