There is an interesting 14 day report available for the EEA at
https://www.ecdc.europa.eu/en/cases-2019-ncov-eueea
which is updated fortnightly, then showing not only countries' but their individual regions' relative position regarding the infection rate (plus other national data). I have seen the same in a different and, I feel, a bit more telling colour scheme for the Covid free areas but I can't provide a link to it. The UK is of course not included and I am not aware that in the limited data publicly accessible for the UK this sort of running "commentary" is included, but if someone knows of an official source for that information then maybe they can add the UK's figures for comparison.

Those figures would seem to bear out the very recent report that the virus was growing in E E urope: Hungary, Czechia and Slovakia in particular
Look at Toby Young's vast newsletter, now almost a year old, Lockdown Sceptics
