When Harry says he didn’t realise he was trapped.... that only realised he was trapped once Meghan etc came along ...
Why do you think he didn’t know he was trapped? He’d seen a lot of “normal” life while doing military service after all?

Its Harrys betrayal of his family that gets me going, surely he could've sorted it all out by speaking to his father, brother, grandmother etc, instead of spewing everything on a tacky chat show egged on by his desperate wife!

Yes, everyone born into the royal family is trapped, really. I can well imagine that Harry was completely accustomed to it until he was shown differently by Meghan. I don't envy them in the slightest. Money or not, isn't the same as real freedom.

A lot of people are trapped . Some in abusive relationships, some who may want to move from where they live but can't afford too, and the majority can't do anything about it. Harry said he felt trapped, but he was fortunate to have enough money to move to a mansion in California. He said his father and brother are trapped, have they actually said this? There must be so many people in the world who feel trapped in the job they are doing, but they sometimes just have to make the most of it as they cannot afford to leave and they don't have the same privileges. They don't go on the TV to complain about it though and trash their family while they're at it.

I think a lot of this stems from the loss of his Mother.He now believes that he,his wife and family would have been hounded over here in similar circumstances to Diana.I,for one,would not blame him for wanting to protect his family.However,I would have thought the differences could have been sorted within the family but sadly not.
