Visa was refused with this information can anyone advise why???? and what to do next!!!?

Your application for a visit visa to the United Kingdom has been refused.
How your application was considered
You have applied for a visa to visit the UK.
In deciding whether you meet the requirements of Appendix V: Immigration Rules for visitors
(https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/immigration-rules), I have considered:
 your application, and any additional relevant information you have provided with it
 your immigration history
The decision
The decision
I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the
requirements of paragraph(s) V4.2 of Appendix V: Immigration Rules for visitors because.
 I note that part of your visit is being sponsored, however, In order to be able to make a
decision on whether or not to grant you entry clearance in this category I have taken into
account your stated circumstances in Morocco, the reasons for your visit and your proposed
travel arrangements.
 You state that you are currently employed and receive a monthly income of 4850.41 MAD
(£396.089 at an exchange rate of £1 = 12.2458 GHS as per oanda.com) and that your
monthly living expenses are 3000 MAD (£244.983). Which leaves you with a monthly
disposable income of £151.02. Furthermore, you state that this visit will personally cost you
£700, which is approximately 5 times your monthly disposable income. Additionally, you
state that you do not have any other savings, properties or other sources of income. I have
taken into consideration the documents you have enclosed in support of your application
form. However, I am not satisfied that the documents submitted, when balanced against
your proposed expenditure, demonstrate an accurate picture of your personal
circumstances in Morocco. As such I am not satisfied that your personal circumstances are
as stated by you in your application form or of your intentions for visiting the UK at this time.

Therefore, you have not provided satisfactory information detailing your personal and
financial circumstances in Morocco, which leads me to doubt that your personal
circumstances are as stated. In light of all of the above I am not satisfied as to your
intentions in wishing to travel to the UK now. I am not satisfied that you are genuinely
seeking entry for a purpose that is permitted by the visitor routes, not satisfied that you will
leave the UK at the end of the visit and that you will be able to maintain and accommodate
yourself adequately in the UK or meet the costs of your return or onward journey from the
UK. Your application is refused under Appendix V4.2 (a) (c) and (e) of the Immigration
Rules.

It was my answer which was removed as I had the temerity to suggest that he have the same MO as other Africans who hope to reach our shores.
Good that it was removed then Jack. No need to be so rude to people.
Why are you asking us? The reason is clearly stated on your reply from UK Immigration.
The Immigration Service are not satisfied that you have enough funds to support you while you are here on the visit.
They suspect that the real reason is that you want to come here and then look for work which is against the rules.
all the words come down to the following: They think you are up to something fishy and so have declined to allow you entry.
you do not have enough money to support yourself here whih is probably more expensive than where you currently are
Your current post doesn't tell us which visa you applied for but, based upon what you've previously told us, I strongly suspect that you've ignored our advice and applied for the WRONG visa.

As I've previously explained, a Marriage Visitor Visa (which is what I think you've tried to obtain) is designed solely for people who want to the UK to marry and then to leave the country. (e.g. couples from Japan, Australia or the USA might like the idea of getting married in a British stately home and then honeymooning here before returning home).

Immigration officials will know that the average cost of a wedding in the UK is over £27,000 and that couples coming from overseas to get married here often spend considerably more than that so, as they'll see it, your plans simply don't add up financially. Further, they must ONLY issue Marriage Visitor Visas to people who clearly intend to leave the country within 6 months of their arrival and (if I recall your previous posts correctly) you're actually hoping to remain in the UK after getting married.

The visa you should have applied for was a Family Visa. The criteria for that are different to those applied to a Marriage Visitor Visa and, as you're seeking to marry a UK national (if I've recalled your previous posts correctly), you might well have qualified for such a visa.

Assuming that it was a Marriage Visitor Visa that you applied for, there's no point whatsoever in seeking to appeal the decision to reject your application. It was the CORRECT decision for the type of visa you asked for. However that doesn't prevent you from submitting a fresh application for a Family Visa. (I suggest that your application will be strengthened if you marry in Morocco BEFORE applying but that's up to you).
