I'm rather partial to HobnOb biscuits which are oat based.
Does anybody have a sweet oat biscuit receipe I could try at home in an attempt to replicate them. Thanks.

oooh, try these. My great aunt used to make them and they are to die for! They do go a wee bit soft easily, which means you either have to eat them all (no trouble believe me!) or use them as a crumble topping. Just squash them up over fruit and they go all golden and lovely in the oven...and either way they SO easy to make!
Don't be freaked out by the lard thing if you are veggie or just more modern. You can use baking margarine instead.
Enjoy!
