Every time someone visits my house I feel nauseous and I don't know why I am really fed up with it what can I do about it Please.

I have medicine for anxiety I take it everyday so why isn't it working.

Wrong dose or wrong medicine, I suggest you see your GP.

Yes, your dose may need tweaking but all the same learning some ways to relax and tame your anxiety will be good too.

I can't have cannabis because I have a heart condition and my cardiac doctor says that drugs make it worse and I don't visit anyone because of covid thanks for the advice.

CBT is cognitive behavioural therapy. It works on the principle that your thoughts effect your mood which effect your behaviour. Might be worth looking into.
