The joiner doing my kitchen splash backs was on to the last section on Saturday and saw the damaged package of the last one of 3 , I rang them B&Q straight away who said their suppliers don’t work weekends and someone would ring me today which they just have,” you’ve got seven days to inspect your delivery for damages and that’s past now” I told her that the packages were so large and at the time of delivery I was in on my own so I asked the man delivering them coukd hecstand them inside, the damaged one was at the back and looks like a fork truck has sliced into it, I’ve sent these photos to them but I’ve had atrocious customer service!

Remind B&Q of your statutory rights - you have 14 days to inform them that you are rejecting the goods without giving a reason. If they are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality you have longer than that.

I felt she was reading from a script and using a dull monotone voice Barsel
perhaps because they get so many complaints Bobbi.
You should get it sorted without any problems

Just checked my order and I’m outside my statutory rights as it was delivered on 6/3 which exceeds 14 days now
take Barry's advice if goods not satisfactory then get onto them again.... he says you have longer than your statutory rights, i would press them, or threaten with small claims court or similar.
Could the delivery driver have seen the damaged ones and purposely have put them at the back. Threaten them with better business bureau and adverse publicity
The 14-day returns period which Barry refers to only applies to goods ordered online. If you placed your order in the store, there is no right to return goods.

However that only applies to non-faulty goods. Where there's a fault, as in your situation, you have 30 days to reject the goods (and to then receive a full refund). [Sections 20 & 22 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply].

I don’t do Twitter Alav , I wouldn’t know where to start
I bought some doors from them and when I went to hang them I noticed that they were over 5kg under the weight advertised. I had had them for a while by then so they wouldn't change them but said they would alter the information on their website with in a couple of days. Around five years on now and it still hasn't been changed.
I sympathise with you Bobbi, I’ve been in similar situations and you feel Angry/Frustrated/Helpless,and if you’re like me it preys on your mind until it’s resolved.
