Hotel Booking

We booked a hotel in London and paid in full for the room, because we going to a Dione Warwick concert, but then COVID hit and the concert got cancelled until October 2021, the hotel were good enough to amendment our booking to this date, but the concert has been cancelled yet again until June 2022, but the hotel are not willing to change the date, does anybody know if there anything we can legally do about this please

(London's such a fantastic city to visit anyway though, and most of its attractions will hopefully be operating normally by October, so you might as well turn up for your booked accommodation and enjoy your time in our capital city).
