Would this be the ideal time for Buckingham Palace to release Harry’s DNA results proving that Charles is not his father? It may or may not be true but either way I’m sure it would take the pair of them down a peg or two, and after all they started the war with the Royal family.

And how can it be fraudulent on his part even if he is not Charles' son? He was registered at birth as the son of HRH Prince Charles. Unless and until proved otherwise, that is the end of the matter. Harry clearly had no part in how his birth was registered.
In any event, Charles has always treated him as his son (more likely than not because he actually is his son), so biology aside, he is a member of the Royal Family.
