From 2100 through to 0035 tomorrow evening, BBC 2 are broadcasting 3 programmes concerning the band. Probably all repeats, but, if you're a true fan, then you can't get enough. Right? :-))

2100; 'In Ten Pictures'. Ten pictures from iconic shots to private snaps, reveal the life of Freddie Mercury.

2200; 'Queen Rock Montreal'. The only concert by Queen that was ever shot on film.

2335; 'The Story Of Bohemian Rhapsody'. Self explanatory.

Enjoy!

BBC2 Wow usually on Sky arts these days or Channel 5. How's Queen Rock Montreal the only concert shot on film? Even back to the New years eve Rainbow gig repeated recently must've being.

That is how it's billed, Arky. So i googled the Montreal gig and it says the same there. Wonder if it actually means that this was the only Queen Album to have been recorded live. Must admit, it's one album i don't possess. The two gigs were performed (and recorded) on 24 and 25 Nov 1981 and the album released in Oct 2007 as a double CD.
Wow I didn't know it was out there, I don't have it either. Thanks for the heads up about the shows.
Nope I don't have just re-checked I have Queen on Fire – Live at the Bowl 82' released 2004. Thought it might be that one but isn't.
This is what you call Saturday night entertainment!

Bit too busy to watch, tonight, but all 3 progs are being recorded for posterity. Though i guess the 3rd prog is one i've watched at least twice before.
