My house mate is moving out at the end of the month, and his room is going. Does anyone need a room!?
Its in a 3 bedroom house in walthamstow/Leyton.
Rent is �395 a month all inclusive.

Are there any colleges/universities in the vicinity? If there are, try them, because students are still looking for digs even now, and some of them will be happy to take year-round ones - saves them looking elsewhere next year.

Nah, no colleges around that I'm aware off, besides, don't want a student as they won't want to pay council tax!

Think students actually qualify for a reduction in council tax. Isn't there a branch of one of the London unis at Stratford?

They do, but there's 2 full time workers in the house, so no discount!

But the student doesn't pay any Council Tax ... oh I see you want someone to divide it with ... well what about Loot they advertise rooms I think
