64 - Work out how long it is before the cars meet. That tells you how long the bird is flying for, ans so how far it has flown.
61 - It might be clearer if it was worded, "If you put 1 budgie in each cage you have 1 budgie left over. If you put 2 budgies in each cage, you have 1 cage left over". Then just try different numbers of budgies and cages - the answers are both less than 10.
There are already hints to 76 and 102 in previous answers on this site.
