Eflorist Help!
12 Answers
Yesterday I decided to send some flowers to my MIL as she was very down because her husband(my FIL) was in surgery. I went online to eflorist.co.uk which has a 5 star rating , and picked same day delivery, and booked and paid. Had confirmation email saying I’d paid, confirming address and saying would be delivered that day and that I’d paid for that. Well MIL rang last night as usual, but never mentioned any flowers, which I thought odd, as she would never not acknowledge something like that. So Ive gone on their website this morning and it says on day of despatch you will get an email from YODEL to track, which I never got. I’ve tried ringing eflorist but you cannot get to actually speak to anyone. I’ve tried their LIVE CHAT but again there is nobody there, just a daft set of questions. I’ve emailed but again no reply. Any bright ideas??

48 hours response to emails from eflorist, so if live chat isn't working looks like a wait.
It would ruin the surprise but at least your MIL would know you were thinking of her and can still enjoy them when they arrive

No help to you now, smow, but if you want to send flowers ever again I highly recommend Bloom and Wild.
They come in a long slim box which fits through the letterbox (so no one has to be in to receive them)are really well packed, look nothing until theyve been in water for 12 hours then perk up and last for at least two weeks.
I had two different lots of them for mother’s day, absolutely beautiful.
